GrandpaKong’s Roasted Shrimp Salt and Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional for heat)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, red bell pepper, and black pepper.
