GrandpaKong’s Roasted Shrimp Salt and Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional for heat)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, red bell pepper, and black pepper.
