GrandpaKong’s Shrimp Salt and Herb Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
