Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Directions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

- Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lime zest, lime juice, and olive oil.
- Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred.
