Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for more flavor)
- 1 cup uncooked white rice (or brown rice)
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water)
- 1 tbsp GrandpaKong Herb Mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In the bottom of the baking dish, spread the uncooked rice evenly.
